A great company that was very easy to schedule..they removed one very large cabinet and a heavy elliptical very fast without any problem..they were also easy to talk too.. and reasonably priced.. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again!

My apt has 3 flights of stairs and they manage to get my sofa, dresser, my big floor mirror and a big pile of books that was really heavy! They also broke down my bed frame and got my queen mattress down the stairs also. And this was all very quick I would say about 20mins keep in mind with 3 flights of stairs. I would definitely go with them again!

When one of our larger pieces proved difficult to get down the stairwell, they took their time and found a creative solution — all without breaking a sweat. As a family of four in the middle of a relocation, we really needed things to go smoothly, and Remoov delivered. Patient, professional, and genuinely impressive from start to finish. Remoov collected some large conference tables when I closed my office. They were careful, efficient, and thorough with removing these large items.

Went amazingly well. Great response time and earlier than expected pick up time! However, the pricing, outrageous. $250 to pickup and dispose of a Wayfair table, that's how much the table cost.

The movers were very polite and efficient. We left three rooms in our parents' house with stuff in place (not packed) and they took care of it for a very reasonable fee. Process of booking and scheduling was easy online. Do pick up the phone and call if you have any concerns, you'll get a real person to explain everything. Please also be aware that the client's opinion of what's sellable might not match...um...reality. We had a dining set we thought might sell, but the movers kindly explained that older (not antique) stuff and even normal wear-and-tear can mean a thing really can only be donated. That doesn't mean it won't still be reused which was my ultimate goal.

I requested some removal of furniture. The 2 employees were on time, fast, friendly & efficient. I don't like that the price changed from $238 to $280 once furniture was removed. Besides that, the company was great.

Site easy to use and able to reach reps by phone. Process well explained. Movers Israel and partner arrived within timeframe and were careful removing large items without causing damage. Of note, though deserving, they do expect at least a 15% tip. Little hard on us seniors purging and hoping to minimize costs. Would still use their services again.

This was my first time selling and purchasing furniture with this business. Overall, the entire process was seamless; I requested my new couch to be delivered and old couch to be picked up. The customer service team was extremely professional, patient, and accommodating. As for the movers, they were well-equipped (brought fabric covers to place on floor for the couches), but not cautious at all. When moving my couch, the movers scraped my apartment wall, leaving a very noticeable mark that I now have to figure out how to cover. Additionally, the movers didn't use the fabric cover on the new couch, so the side of the couch was being dragged on the dirty floor at one point. Slightly disappointed with the moving experience part as I paid a lot of money for the service. However, I do plan to purchase (smaller items that I can personally move) again.

Alex and his team were fantastic. Very personable. Very professional and efficient. My issue is with the Remoov website and process. They say to take photos of what you want removed, and they will send you a quote. If you accept the quote - you schedule the pickup. What they DON'T tell you is that you need to take a picture of EVERY SINGLE thing. If you're getting rid of a bed - you need to take a picture of the bed AND the box spring AND the mattress. If you're getting rid of shelves, that's fine - but they don't resell shelves. They go to the "dump" and they charge you a recycle fee. Same with other furniture. Except there's no receipt for the dump fee. Once the stuff is out of your house, it's gone. I find it hard to believe that they really "dumped" all the brand new furniture. Also - you cannot get ANYBODY on the phone during the removal. AND, there's no follow up. And, even if you ask: "are there any other fees," and Remoov says "no" - the truth is - there are. If they decide something will cost more to dispose of than estimated - they charge you. Also - beware - there's a tip. That's not mentioned anywhere - though it's really not unexpected. The guys were great. And honestly, when moving out - it's a relatively small price to pay to avoid the hassles of moving yourself. But the process was not as transparent as the website suggests.
