Soooo easy! One-stop shop. I took pics and texted them on Sunday, got an estimate Monday, scheduled online for a pickup Wednesday. Hugo and his helper showed up at the beginning of the window, worked very quickly and all the stuff I wanted out of my life is magically gone. No need to hassle with random people coming over, figuring out how to donate, sell, discard. This is as convenient as it gets. Six stars!

The team was on time and kept me informed of their arrival time through out the day. The removal was very quick, team was friendly and professional and efficient. it costed so much less 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Will use them again! Now I'm waiting to see if they will be able to sell the massage chair I had removed. I'm not expecting anything but maybe will be pleasantly surprised in a few months' time :)

The Remoov team was wonderful to work with. From their video consultation staff, to their customer service line, to the 3 movers who completed the job - everyone was professional and friendly. The movers were so fast and smooth! Bob was the project lead, Tony and Jerry were support moving staff. The three of them handled my furniture with great care during removal, and they disassembled a very complicated bed frame within minutes. I would not have been able to do this move without them. I would absolutely use their services again!

They were in and out within 45 minutes, maybe even less than that. I had a sectional sofa with an ottoman and a king size bed for them to take. I'm moving to another state and I needed someone to take these two things off my hands since I wasn't able to take them with me. I submitted my photos on Tuesday and they came Thursday to remove everything. I would use their services again if needed. :)

I was very happy with the whole experience with Remoov. The process of uploading the pictures for the estimate was easy. I appreciated the quick turnaround of the estimate cost. Any updates to my estimate were promptly texted to me within a day. As for the pickup, the movers were good at communicating when they would arrive. Also, they moved all the furniture from my storage shed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Remoov.

The gentleman that came were very sweet, very helpful, knowledgeable, and they worked really really hard. I really appreciate everything they did for us. We don't exactly live in an easy townhouse with lots of stair. It was really nice working with them.

The crew was courteous, careful with everything. They wrapped furniture properly, navigated tight corners without a single scratch on the walls, and left both the old place and the new one spotless. What really stood out was how kind and patient they were the whole time. Moving is usually pure stress, but these guys made it almost enjoyable. If you're in the Bay Area and need to move, clear out furniture, or both, I highly recommend this place.

Hugo and his team were quick and effective. The whole experience was easy and smooth. I requested multiple reassessments of my furniture because I managed to sell some on my own, and they re-evaluated stuff for free every time.
