We had a great experience with Remoov. The whole process was easy and they are very responsive. Yes you have to pay for removal but you also get excellent and timely service. Jose and his team communicated clearly regarding pick up and were quick to get everything out the door. Our furniture was too old to be resold so I'm glad they will help recycle and donate it for us.

I was in a situation where I had to clear out my mom's house in three days. Remoov accepted pics of all of the furniture with junk on it. They came two days later (would have come the next day) with two trucks and cleared everything out. It was so reasonable and I will get money back. Thanks for literally saving me. So easy to get an estimate and schedule for pick up. Drivers were ahead of schedule - called to say were on their way. They respected our home and wrapped resale furniture perfectly to protect it. Excellent service, easy and friendly.

Remoov made it easy to dispose of three pieces of furniture. The movers (three of them) were great - made sure not to hit any walls or doorways. One item is designated for resale, another (discovered by the movers to be missing a leg which we were unaware of) set to be recycled and a third to be donated. Excellent..... the online process was very easy. I uploaded my photos and received a pick up quote quickly. I booked a date and received a time. When I called, a person picked up the phone. Highly unusual today. The movers Roberto & Roberto we're conscientious, on time, polite and extremely careful when moving 3 heavy pieces of furniture down 28 steps. Once the items are assessed I will get a quote, as these items are for resale. So far I highly recommend Remoov!

They stayed in touch when the pick up hit a delay, they were efficient and skilled as they removed a dining room set and place it in the car. They protected the table very well. We had Remoov clear out our 2nd home condo: they were very responsive and flexible. Our move was complicated because we had them take items to resale, donate and recycle -- but also to move to our other home. the whole process was easy and fast. setup an account on their website, sent pictures of the items including some details. within 24 hours I received a link with an estimate to pick up all the items, which would be sold, donated or recycled. once I agreed with the estimate, I scheduled a pickup a few days later. I even added a few items afterward. they were able to accommodate the additional items and kept the same pickup date and time. the two guys that arrived to pickup the items were polite and fast. they had to bring down a few heavy items down two staircases. my street is not the easiest with lots of double parking, low electrical wires and a steep hill. overall, I was very satisfied with the whole process. I highly recommend their service.

Thank you very much for the assistance with my fridge. The gentleman helping me really went above and beyond with helping me get my new fridge in and taking my old one out. They had to take my front door off to ensure that the fridges would fit through properly. They did it with ease and we're very kind, quick and professional.

This was my third time using Remoov and they were stellar again! Called to see if it was ok to come early, Roberto and his crew were professional, hardworking and a great team. They took additional items, treated all with great care ( even the recycle items) and were in and out quickly. Cannot recommend them enough. Excellent way to unload things you don't use/want/need and they either consign, donate or recycle ....so they can take just about anything! Super easy and reasonable to deal with.
